Many businesses selected a corporate structure with uninformed or inadequate decision tools. They chose what someone told them to choose and they ran with it. PLANNING

Trying to achieve success in business without a stated plan is like trying to arrive at a specific destination, that you do not know where it is located, by walking out your front door and hoping you will arrive there. Through this process, we identify patterns in current processes that allow us to recognize inefficiencies and possible failure points. We take this data and form a repair or strategic plan that implements a measurable timeline, progress metrics and assignment of responsibilities. Now we have something we can objectively measure and to which we can manage. Now we can plan for success instead of “winging it.”
RESOURCES
This is a very broad category. And, in truth, every business needs resources. This can range from the need of capital, credit lines, talent, buildings, real estate, introduction to the right contact and more.
